DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES)

  • ALL CANADIAN ORDERS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH CANADA POST EXPEDITED PARCEL (2-6 business, except on some holidays [when delays sometimes occur])
  • ALL US ORDERS ARE SHIPPED EXPRESS POST THROUGH DHL. PLEASE ALLOW 2-6 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE AFTER YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN FULLY PROCESSED. Shipping labels are only generated once the funds have fully processed on our end: this can take anywhere between 1-5 business days.
  • You will receive your tracking information as soon as your parcel is ready to go.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY CHARGES OR HANDLING FEES (IF APPLICABLE) UPON PICKUP.

Please take note that the approximate shipping times and online tracking notifications are not always guaranteed by The Starchild Tarot. Depending on if your parcel is being held in customs, deliveries are delayed, or holidays are taking place - The Starchild Tarot is not liable for the items once they leave Canada. The Starchild Tarot is not responsible for any damaged or lost parcels while en route to a country outside of Canada.

 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • For all International orders WITH DHL PLEASE ALLOW approximately 3-6 BUSINESS DAYS (except on holidays when delays may occur) FOR YOUR SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE AFTER YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN FULLY PROCESSED. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is ready to go. 
  • FOR CANADA POST air mail - NO TRACKING - your shipment will not include tracking. 
  • CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY CHARGES OR HANDLING FEES (IF APPLICABLE) UPON PICKUP. THESE FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE COSTS OF SOLD ITEMS.
  • All other shipping carriers may take longer and are subject to non-tracking.
